FAQ
◆Desiccant Is a Substance that Absorbs Water or Water. It Can Be Done Through Two Different Processes.
◆Moisture Is Physically Adsorbed, This Process Is Called Adsorption.
◆Moisture Is Chemically Combined, a Process Called Absorption.
◆Commonly Used Desiccant Types Are Activated Alumina, Molecular Sieve, Silica Gel, Silica Gel, Etc.
◆Adsorbent (main Differences Are as Follows)
◆Adsorption Capacity: Silica Gel> Silica Gel> Molecular Sieve> Activated Alumina.
◆Silica Gel: Silica-Alumina Adhesive> Water-Resistant Silica-Alumina Adhesive> Pore Silica Gel> Coarse Pore Silica Gel.
◆Adsorption Rate: Molecular Sieve> Aluminum Silica Gel> Silica Gel> Activated Alumina.
◆Tell Us Your Moisture-Proof Requirements and We Will Recommend a Suitable Desiccant. if Your Product or Packaged Items Require Very Low Humidity, It Is Best to Use Molecular Sieve. if Your Cargo Is Not Very Sensitive to Moisture, Silica Gel Desiccant Will Do.
◆The Adsorbent Is Fed with Water, the Compressive Strength Is Reduced, and The Filling Is Not Tight.
◆Pressure Equalizer System Is Not or Blocked, and The Impact Force Is Too Large.
◆Is Filled with Stirring Rods, Which Affects the Compressive Strength of The Product.
◆Activated Alumina: 160°c-190°c
◆Molecular Sieve: 200°c-250°c
◆Water-Resistant Silica-Alumina Adhesive: 120 C -150 C
◆Can Reach the Pressure Dew Point of -60 ℃ Under Normal Working Conditions by Filling only Water-Resistant Silica-Alumina Adhesive.
